1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • The 30-day period starts when your package is delivered (based on carrier tracking information).

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
  • Final sale items (if any are marked as such on the product page) are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  2. Receive Return Instructions: We will send you a prepaid return shipping label (for standard returns) via email.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship It Back: Use the prepaid label to ship the package back to us. We recommend keeping proof of shipment (tracking number).
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • The original shipping fee (if paid) is not refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
  • For orders that qualified for free shipping, the refund will be for the product price only.

5. Exchanges

  • We happily offer exchanges for a different size, color, or model (subject to availability).
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If lower, we will refund the difference.
  • Use the same return process above and specify that you want an exchange.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement (at no cost) or issue a full refund, including original shipping fees.

  • Return shipping is free for all standard returns and exchanges within the United States (using our prepaid label).
  • We do not accept returns shipped to us without prior authorization or using your own shipping method (unless instructed).
