- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We partner with reliable U.S. carriers to ensure safe and fast delivery:

- FedEx (Ground, Express Saver, 2Day, Priority Overnight)

- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $70 USD.
- Orders under $70 USD: A flat shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination within the contiguous U.S.).
- Standard Shipping: Starting from $9.99 USD
- Expedited shipping options (2-Day or Next-Day) are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Note: Free shipping applies only to standard ground/regular shipping. Expedited shipping is not free, even on orders over $150.
4. Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (most areas in the contiguous United States)
- 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days
- Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
5. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states).
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), or P.O. Boxes at this time.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
